From 2021, StudioMilou began to be involved within a partnership with the Singaporean firm ADDP, as principal designer for high rise luxury residential. The Avenir project is the first project of these high rise luxury residential project to be launched, is currently under construction with the main contractor Lian Beng Group Ltd.
The project is developed by a Joint Venture of Hong Leong Holdings Limited, Guocoland Limited and Hong Realty.
