The Avenir project is under construction today. It has been designed by StudioMilou in partnership with ADDP. It will include 374 luxury apartments and all the common facilities. It will be completed on the 9th March 2023.
Today, Trung Nguyen and Jean Francois Milou went to visit the Avenir show flat, 53 Chin Swee Road, with Edmund Ngoh – representative of the joint venture between Hong Leong and Guocoland.
The project tries to merge the podium of the development in the street scape of River Valley Close, with spectacular cantilever, like flying carpets full of trees over the landscape.
