Celebrating the end of the year and the completion on the capitaland Lumi design.

StudioMilou Vietnam team members and friend have celebrated the completion of the design of the Capitataland “Lumi project” in Hanoi .

The design aims to create a residential oasis of silence, water and light and to provide to at the ground floor of each residence a spectacular pedestrian landscape which give the impression that the 10 towers are growing organically out of this lush garden

This project handed over successfully the atypical challenge of reusing a previous outdated masterplan design fully approved years ago.
