The Robertson Opus redevelopment, designed by studioMilou Singapore in partnership with ADDP Architects, marks a new benchmark in high-end urban living along the Singapore River.

Developed by Frasers Property, the project will comprise 348 luxury residences and 26 commercial units, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 26,371 sqm of residential space and 4,293 sqm of retail areas.

Currently under construction, the main contract has been awarded to Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd.

Completion is scheduled for early 2029, when Robertson Opus will redefine the architectural and lifestyle profile of the Robertson Quay district.
