Designed by studioMilou Singapore in partnership with ADDP Architects, One Sophia is a landmark mixed-use development redefining contemporary urban living in the heart of Singapore.

Developed by a joint venture led by CEL Development and SingHaiyi, the project will feature:

367 elegant residences across two 19-storey towers, branded as The Collective at One Sophia

122 strata office units within a premium commercial tower

127 strata retail units across vibrant podium levels

The main construction contract has been awarded to China Harbour Engineering Company, with completion expected in early 2028.
