A Golden Ring of Wisdom over a Spectacular Landscape

The design proposed for the museum proposes to encapsulate in a very simple envelop of slim columns how a spectacular and dramatic landscape open to all visitors encounter the blessing of a ring of wisdom.

The organization of the landscape (waterfalls, alleys of the hero’s, the rise of bronze flags, the dense forests,…), the design of the entrances and the experience of the floating rings over the visitor’s head, creates a memorable progressive experience in the mind of every visitor of the open sculptural garden.

Floating over this garden, a large wood of metal golden ring. acts as the symbol of peaceful circular thinking. This beautiful, impressive and yet simple «ring of wisdom» symbolize the guiding role of the Vietnamese political elite within turbulent times.

The VCP. museum structure can be seen as the superimposition of the following elements

A dramatic landscape

It reflects the turbulence and beauty of time in the visitor experience.

An envelop of slim columns open on all sides

It reflects the egalitarian and welcoming dimension of the Vietnamese society.

The rise of monumental bronze flags

It reflects the dynamism of the revolutionary ideas emerging from the landscape.

The alley of hero’s

A large promenade open to all keeping the memory of the founding father of the modern Vietnam.

The Golden Ring of Wisdom

Flying over the gardens and over the triple volume lobby, this Golden Ring of Wisdom reflect the balanced and reassuring guidance of the country political elite.

The exhibition as an invitation to be part of the story

The exhibition, flying over the landscape, will be developed with leading Vietnamese movie markers. It will be a promenade in a memorable three-dimensional movie set.

The project is at the same time

A sculptural public garden open to all in which all symbols of the nation building are strongly introduced.
An ambitious and unique concept of exhibition space floating over the garden mixing immersive audiovisual, compelling story-telling, and presentation of the collection.

In our project, we want to open a spectacular exhibition, based on immersive interactive technology. In the exhibition, the visitor will be thrown into three-dimensional thrillers, telling the thinking and the making of the modern Vietnam as a film full of suspense and game-changing events.

We propose to merge exhibition design and cinema, and to invite a group of leading Vietnamese movie markers to mix in one holistic environment element of the collection, reconstruction of spaces as theatre sets, projection of film recreating in a dramatic manner episodes of the story of the making of the Vietnamese Communist Party.
