Hanoi Viaduct, 2019
Le projet de reconversion du Viaduc ferroviaire de Hanoi, vise a rouvrir une centaines de voutes du viaduc pour créer des espaces culturels et commerciaux dans le centre du Asian quarter. Ce projet est tout a la fois un projet de restauration architecturale et de reconversion du viaduc, et un projet de retraitement progressif des espaces publics autour du Viaduc. Ce projet qui est un partenariat entre un investisseur prive et la Ville de Hanoi nécessitera la relocalisation de certaines activités et occupations illégales des espaces publics autour du Viaduc, et une restauration progressive de l’espace public et des façades longeant le viaduc rénové. Il vise a créer au cœur du Asian Quarter une promenade culturelle et commerciale dédiée aux produits de grande qualités fabriques et conçus au Vietnam (cuisine, design, produits divers, …).
