En novembre 2018, Jean François Milou a été invite à donner une conférence sur la conception de ses premiers espaces publics architecturaux en Europe dans le cadre de URA’s Architectural Heritage Season (AHS). La conférence a eu lieu à ‘The Chamber, The Arts House’, à Singapour.

Jean François Milou and Trung Nguyen in the new studioMilou office in Hanoi in July 2018. Trung Nguyen will be the managing director of the studioMilou Vietnam office to be created in the coming weeks.

The studio was asked to design a masterplan for an hotel development within the archaeological site of Si Thep in the North of Bangkok. The extensive use local clay, of the local stone has influenced the entire design directions.

Projet de maison sur Jalan Sejarah Road

TLe studio a été invité à proposer un projet pour une nouvelle maison faisant face à une partie de la jungle originelle de Singapour. La conception proposée consistait à concevoir l'espace de vie à triple volume comme un pavillon faisant face à la forêt, comme une lanterne dans ce paysage luxuriant.
