Un groupe d’investisseur cherche a développer sur un grand terrain contigu au site archéologique, une destination touristique tournée autour de la médecine douce, du bien-être, de l’agriculture biologique, et de la méditation. Le Studio a développé le programme ambitieux du client dans un plan directeur destine a se développer par phases. La première phase du développement sera un petit hôtel de luxe de 40 suites, associé a un restaurant et petit centre de médecine douce.
