Le Projet du planétarium de QuyNhon est un partenariat entre le centre Icise et la Ville de QuyNhon pour créer aux abords du centre de conférence Icise, une destination culturelle et scientifique dédiée au grand public de la région de Binh Dinh.
Ce projet reprend le vocabulaire architectural du projet de centre de conférence de Icise afin créer l’unité architecturale nécessaire et implante un petit dôme en dentelle de métal signalant le planétarium dans le paysage.
