Le projet d’Hôtel Proscience a QuyNhon, est un partenariat entre une association de promotion de la recherche scientifique Icise, et un investisseur prive. Ce projet vise a créer au voisinage du centre de conférence Icise et du Planétarium un hôtel 3 ou 4 étoiles, offrant 120 chambres a des prix abordables dans un site exceptionnel de bord de mer dédié a la recherche scientifique et a l’éducation. Niche dans un paysage reconstitue de palmeraie dense, le volume de l’hôtel présente au premier abord, une grande salle, comme un portique en filigrane de béton gris, en porte a faux sur un grand plan d’eau.
