The Beauty of River Valley Close

studio Milou signed, as lead designer, its first large Condominium project in Singapore. In this important milestone in the development of our operations in Asia Pacific, StudioMilou has collaborated with the Singaporean office ADDP. The project launched in January 2020, is jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings, Guocoland and Hong Realty (Private) will propose 376 luxurious units, and will be completed in 2023.

On the 16 November 2019, Trung Nguyen was in the workshop of the company IDS (CV.Indra Daya Sakti), in Klaten, Yogyakarta, Indonesia to supervise the casting and final assembling of bronze elements for House N in Singapore.

On November 2019, Jiarong Goh was assisted by the landscape specialist Lucinda Goh, while working on site with the contractors to complete the architectural garden of House N. They supervise the planting of 16 spectacular Araucaria Cunninghamii trees at the ground level of the project.

A Ring of Peace, Da Nang, Vietnam

On the 20th of October 2019, studioMilou has been declared the winner of “29 March Lake Park Competition”with a proposal that creates, within a dense garden, an elliptic golden portico flying over the water. The portico named “ A Ring of Peace” will be seen by all passengers taking off from Da Nang airport, hence, creating a welcoming and symbolic landmark in the city center of Da Nang.

On 14 August 2019, the finishing of the mock up and lighting test was prepared by the studiomilou architect Jiarong Goh, for Jean Francois Milou and client approval. The luminaire fabricated, using honey bohemian crystals, was integrated in the finishing mock up.
